Screw it, final goodbyes

So I’ve changed my mind again. What a suprise that is. I know I said I would do three posts these last two months, but honestly, I don’t want too. So here is everything I need to say.

First of, my goals. Completely smashed them! I feel so ill now though but I did it!! I kind of went overboard, stressed myself out, pushed myself too hard and made my head a little crazy to be in, but I’m back on the other side now. Just recovering from an awful chest infection cold type thing.

I created this blog in March 2015, and I can tell you, I have loved every second of it. Through all of my ups and many downs I have shared on here, I have made some incredible life long internet friends. Some, I want to meet in real life and spoil the hell out of them!

This blog has been my little safe haven. My place where I have been able to grow and never be put down for expressing myself. Each and every one of you mean so much to me in very different ways. Some of you were my very first supporters, some of you are the ones who are bold enough to give me constructive feedback, without wanting to hurt my feelings. Some of you are my little cheerleaders, always pushing me forward, always there to motivate me when I need a kick up the ass and the ones I can cry too if I need too. And all of you, yes all 600+ of you are my family. Without you, this new beginging wouldn’t be possible.

I have had so many amazing opportunities while running this blog, I mean I worked with Clinique for god sake! Never in my life would I have thought that was possible! I have worked with other amazing brands such as propercorn ( who I am still totally obsessed with! Lightly sea salted all the way!!), Toddlebike2 (who have made my cousins playtime so much better!), Malki Dead sea minerals (the one company who has made my skin amazing!) Saint London, (who have georgeous watches ((use my discount code IMAGALAXYGIRLBLOG for 20% off!) And many more.

I’m not going to lie, writing and uploading everyday, sometimes more than once was a struggle, I did rush some content but others on here are my pride and joy. This blog has over 30k views and that is insane!

I have literally grown up infront of your eyes, I’ve gone from a shy little girl who was afraid of the world, to a girl who has opened herself up to the galaxy and has finally accepted who she is. (Hence why I have stuck with the galaxygirl name).

I do love and appreciate every one of you, because lets face it, without you, I would still be that shy girl who is too afraid to stand up for what she believes in.

This new blog and YouTube is going to the best new journey I can take. I have already had my fair share of cries and tantrams over them both, so you know that they are going to be good. If you want to join the team, be a part of the new journey I am taking, then click here to subscribe to my brand new YouTube channel, here to follow my new blog, here to follow my Twitter (leaving hints every day up until the release date!) and here to check out my Instagram. That’s all the links you need right now.

Thank you for the best years of my life, thank you for the valuable lessons you have all taught me and thank you for being such amazing, supportive friends. Love to every one of you, I wish you all the luck for the future. Dream big and reach for those stars because you will soon reach them!

Love you all!

Chit chat

Thank you for those of you who have followed my new blog. It is coming along nicely. I’m not happy with the layout so that will be changing but I am getting excited to have a new part of me. As I have said, I wont be deleting this blog. It just wont be used anymore. If you haven’t followed my new blog and would like too, the link is

So since my “break” I have been sleeping a lot. Like a lot. I’ve been going to bed at 12am and sleeping until 12pm. It’s great, but it also sucks because I am wasting the day away. I do however wake up happy.

Working on my new blog has made me feel fantastic. I have this new joy of writing and the creativeness is literally pouring out of me. Can January hurry up haha. Also I have been working on some new products on my Zazzle shop. They aren’t up yet but I will let you know when they are.

My skin has paid full price of my stress and general unwellness. I have broken out so bloody bad and it’s knocked my confidence again. Here comes the 100 layers of make up challenge again. Also, if you follow my old Twitter, and read my recent tweets, everything is all good. Dont wanna talk about it but its all good. If you do have Twitter, follow my new account and while you’re at it, follow my instagram and I am creating a new YouTube up too because I am using that in the new year! Literally I will be a blogger and YouTuber and a very happy person. Link to my YouTube will come soon!

I am almost done with my Christmas shop. I need to buy my friends Niamh, Georgia, Kayleigh and Saskia some presents, my sister and my cousin their present and then treat myself. I’m so proud of myself.

I want to say a huge apology to those of you who live abroad. I know I said I would do you a giveaway but I just dont think its right considering I am giving up this blog.

Work has improved. I have been offered more shifts and I am enjoying my time there again, it may be because my “boss” doesn’t work on the weekend and thats when I do, or it could be because I genuinally loved working in that enviroment before all the other things happened. But finally I am getting more then £70 a month, but still not over the £1000 that I need to be able to move out.

I don’t know what else to tell you to be honest, my weight has been great, I just keep loosing it, which now is apparently a bad thing, I swear these doctors are never bloody happy. My scan had been pushed back so still no update on the polycstic ovaries situation, but honestly I’m not feeling ill, I just feel tired.

That’s all really for my update chit chat. I’m not very interesting. So just a recap of things to look out for.

New items to be released into my shop soon!

Link will be released soon!

That’s it. Thank you for reading. Comment below and have a chat.

November goals

How are you? I need to address something before I carry on with my post. A few of you have noticed a name change on my social media. You are very observant. I have created a new blog. Yes, you read that right. It would be amazing if you could all head over and follow me. That new blog will have it’s first ever post on January 1st 2018! Natalie had messaged me some words of widsom and she was right, I shouldn’t delete everything, because I did work my arse off on my content. So, instead of deleting everything, I am keeping this blog. It just wont be used anymore. My new blog is please head over and follow me. Share this on your Twitter and Instagram too! Help me reach at least 200 followers before I begin.

Okay, so now that that is done, I want to share with you my November goals.

  • Go to bed before 3am – I have been going to sleep around 3am and then not waking up till gone 12! That’s really not healthy, so my aim to sleep at a normal time.
  • Wake up before 12pm – Obviously! Hopefully I can get my body into the routine of waking up at 8am.
  • Lose some weight – I have been doing so well at this, then after my little wobble, I gained 2 pounds. Now, that isn’t much at all, but I need to loose it and some more too.
  • Get a minimum of 200 followers on my new blog – This blog has over 600 followers and every single one of you are amazing! But I know that realistically, not everyone will follow my new blog. But I am hoping that 200 out of 600+ still want to follow my journey.
  • Do more photography – I’m not sure when I neglected it, but I want to go out and get some new shots. I love uploading them to my photography Instagram page.

Well, that is it. Those are my goals! I will update you on these at the end of the month. Again, here is the link to my new blog I hope to see you all over there!

Lots of love and I will see you soon.

A Toddlebike update

How are you? Today I’m not bringing you a Halloween themed post. Are you happy about that? I have seen so many Halloween themed posts that I am actually dreading it now, I think there are only so many times you can read about the rules of trick or treating. Instead, I thought I would update you on the Toddlebike situation.

For those of you who have no idea what I am on about, I recently reviewed a Toddlebike, you can read that review here. Jo, the owner of the Toddlebike company emailed me yesterday with a discount code for you lovely bunch to use, obviously this is product is aimed at mums to buy for their little ones, but if you want to buy one, go ahead. I will share the code with you later on.

Now, I have had the Toddlebike for a little over a week now and my god is she obsessed with it. We did have an accident, she leant on the handle the wrong way and snapped it back, but luckily with a bit of superglue it was back to new. Honestly, she is terrible at not breaking things, if it’s not my phone being thrown around, I can guarantee she is finding something else to break.

As for using the bike, I can’t take her anywhere without her wanting it. Besides using it inside where her main aim is to run your feet over, or knock your tea over, she is becoming a little pro on it outside. Yes she still aims for your feet but she has picked up some speed on it. Honestly if there were Toddlebikes for adults, we would end up racing each other. She wont even let me carry it anymore, now she has mastered it, it’s all hers.

We had a little fall the other day, someone got a little too big for their boots and tried going over some conkers, she got one wedged in the wheel so it wouldn’t move and she fell off. After a few tears and a kick of the bike, she was back on it and off on her way to play on the swings.

Honestly, I have loved every minute of her using the Toddlebike, it is fun, safe, and devil child friendly. The bike is aimed for children aged around 18 – 36 months old. Now I know how amazing and easy it is to use, I will be buying this if I ever have children of my own. The company itself have been amazing, I can’t recommend them enough. As I said in the beginning I now have a discount code for you to use. Yes, just in time for your Christmas shopping. If you head over to you can pick a red, blue or pink bike, and if you use the code BLOG17 you automatically get 10% deducted. That is such an amazing deal considering the bike only costs £23.95 including postage.

Well that concludes my little update. I will keep you informed of any changes. Let me know if you will purchase one for your little one for Christmas, if you don’t have kids yourself, share this with you mummy friends and get them to purchase one. I promise, it is so worth it.

Thank you for reading, don’t forget to use the discount code, I know we all love saving some money around Christmas time.

Stay safe, stay happy and live life as an adventure.

A mini haul

Welcome back, today I am bringing you a mini haul. It’s just a bunch of random things I brought ranging from a chair to my underwear. Yes you really are getting it all!

I think I will start off with my clothing first, because who doesn’t love a good clothing haul?

So I was in desperate need of some clothes, I have been losing weight so some of my things are a little too baggy, so instead of paying £7.50 for the train to Tonbridge, I decided to head over to the Peacocks website. I hit up their sale section first because I am a cheap ass! This is where all of my clothes came from.

Underwear: Okay so I asked on my Twitter if it was TMI if I included my underwear in this haul and most of you said it was cool, so if you have an issue, I guess its tough luck. I brought 4 pairs of underwear, two black and two burgundy and they are super cute. Because they were in the sale they cost me £3.20 each.

Mens mustard jumper: If you follow me on Twitter, you would have seen me repping the Primark jumper and they said I looked great (yay me!) So I thought I would buy another autumn jumper, looking at the girls ones, I hated them, they were not my style, so I did the only logical thing and headed to the mens jumpers and look what I found. A comfty oversized mustard jumper. It only cost me £8 too!

White tie crop top: I took the leap. I went and brought a crop top. In white! I’m going to be honest, I spilt beans on this top just before I took the picture. But I actually really like it. I match it with my oversized grey cardigan, my glasses and either my boots or plimsols. My boobs look huge in it which is the only thing I don’t like, but thats not the tops fault. I think once I have lost more weight it will look really good. I’m pretty sure it cost me £11.

Black trousers: I needed a new pair of trousers for work and to go with my new white top, so I thought while I was there I would buy a pair. It’s always a little risky buying trousers online because if they don’t fit then you’ve wasted money. Thankfully mine fitted and I could have gone for a size down. They are super comfortable, stretchy and they hug you in the right places. They have a pretty detailing on them as well as a fake zip either side. They cost £18.

Black plimsols: I also needed new shoes for work, so I had a look for some black ballerina shoes, but I am like big foot, so finding size 9 shoes in the womens section just wasn’t happening, so I ended up heading to the mens again and I found a pair of plain black plimsols. They cost me £6.

Okay so that’s my clothing done. Next up I will go for the chair.

Pink “office” chair: I was setting sick and tired of writing up posts in my bed, because I would just fall asleep instead, so I headed to Argos online and searched for office chairs. There were so many to pick from, but I didn’t want anything too expensive. This type of chair came in white and I think black too, but I wanted pink, because well I’m weird. Best part of this chair is its foldable so I can pop it away once I have finished using it. I’m almost certain that this cost less then £20 including delivery.

Next up is my favourite purchase, you’ve already seen it if you’ve watched my Candle Collection video on my Youtube channel. So here they are.

Silver Christmas trees: Yes, when I went to the garden centre, I had to buy something, I wanted to use something in my Christmas background, so I brought two silver glittery trees.
Snowman: Yes I also brought a super cute snowman! He sits in the middle of the trees and it just looks very Christmassy. I am thinking about keeping them there all year round.

With that, that concludes the end of my mini haul. I hope you enjoyed seeing what I brought. Just a heads up, I have a birchbox review coming up soon as well as some other PR items. I am very excited to share them with you.

Have a wonderful evening,

Stay safe, stay happy and live life as an adventure.

Visiting Brookside Garden Centre

How are you? I hope you are excited for this post. I know reading the title doesn’t make this sound very interesting but have you seen my feature image? Yes it is Christmas overload!

On Friday 29th September, my parents and I decided to go to the garden centre. They had been the week before and was happy to tell me that they were setting up their Christmas display, so when pay day came, I asked if I could go with them to take a look. While my mum went down the other end to buy some new fish, my dad stayed in the Christmas area with me so I could take some pictures. Now, I wont lie, the pictures I took are somewhat blurry, I have tried to recover them but they are not 100% up to my standard. I had a little anxiety moment while there because while I was snapping some pictures, the staff were staring at me. I very quickly put my phone away hence why there isn’t many photos.

I did buy three little decorative bits that I will use in my Christmas posts so I am excited for that. I will show you them when I do my haul post.  But for now, here are my Christmas photos. I haven’t put my tag on them because I am hoping you will respect the fact that these are my own photo and not claim that they are yours!

Christmas photos!!!

Brookside have nailed the decorations, I will leave the address below so you can come and check it out.

That’s all I have to share with you. I hope you enjoyed the post an I am hoping that this has sparked off your early Christmas spirit. Please let me know if you know anywhere else that is already decorated for my favourite time of the year.

Thank you for reading and I will see you again in tomorrows post.

Stay safe, stay happy and live life as an adventure.

Review: NSPA pink grapefruit raspberry face wash& moisture cream

How are you? I feel as though I haven’t done a product review in a while, so I thought I would bring you one today. I was given this Nspa set for Christmas last year from Saskia so a huge thank you to her! I have only been using it recently, so I decided now is the best time to review it.

Let’s start with the face wash.

Nspa face wash

The packaging is quite straightforward it doesn’t really have a complex design you get what you see. It tells you pretty clearly what the product is, it also tells you on top of the product not to eat it (common sense does also tell us that). It has a picture of pink grapefruit and raspberries because, well that is what is in the product.

It is estimated to have 150ml of product in it. Most people say 150ml is not a lot, but a little goes a very long way with this.

There are directions on the back, just incase you don’t know how to use a face wash, you also have the ingredients list and everything else you’ll need. As you can see, it tells you that this product is natural for your skin.

After applying this to my face (following the directions obiously) I like to leave it on for 10 minutes before rubbing it off. I feel like it has a better chance to get into my pores if it stays on longer, and besides, I love the smell of it.

Once it has been taken off, my skin does feel smooth and it smells amazing, but I do like to use the moisture cream afterwards.

So here is the moisture cream

Moisture Cream

As you can see, it’s the same design as the face wash, just a smaller bottle. You have the name of the product, an image of the fruits inside, and a warning on top to not eat the cream.

This tube is estimated to have 75ml of product but again, this is going to last a long time.

Just like the face wash, the directions, ingredients and everything else is on the back. Again, this is all natural for your skin.

It’s best to work from the inside of your face to the outside, rubbing the cream in circular movements instead of willy nilly. I find that after using this, my face is no longer super oily, it smells great and my face feels clean. After I use this, I wack my hair up into a messy bun, put my pj’s on and get into bed. It completely relaxes you. You can use this in the morning as well.

I only use this three times a week, on the other days I use my normal skincare products. I feel like this has helped my skin have less breakouts and it has made my skin less oily. I am very impressed.

I totally recommend this to you and to anyone. It was the perfect gift. I will definitely be re-purchasing this once it’s all gone.

Let me know if you have ever tried any of the Nspa products, if you have, let me know which ones. Also let me know if you have any products that you think I should try.

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed this review. If you did enjoy reading, remember to like the post and leave a comment.

Stay safe, stay happy and live life as an adventure.

Let’s talk about boobs

How are you? Today I am talking about boobs/tits/whatever you call them. If you find reading the title uncomfortable, please hang in there, this post is rather important.

Boobs, we all have them, yes I am talking about you men too. We hide them away in a bra for 12+ a day, we grope them, we pinch them, we compare them, we complain about them and we love them. You shouldn’t be ashamed of them.

We have saggy boobs, perky boobs, perfectly rounded boobs, wonky boobs, double d boobs and non exsistant boobs. You shouldn’t be ashamed of them.

One person is diagoned with breast cancer every 10 minutes.

Let that just sink in a minute. Every ten minutes, someone is being told they have cancer. Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers here in the UK, yet still not everyone is aware of it. So I am here to educate you a little more. B

The three main risk factors of breast cancer:

1. Being a woman – over 99% of new cases of breast cancer are in women.

2. Getting older – more than 80% of breast cancers occur in women over the age of 50. Most men who get breast cancer are over 60.

3. Significant family history – this isn’t common, around 5% of people diagnosed with breast cancer have inherited a faulty BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene.

Breast cancer diagnosis

1 in 8 women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month around5,000 people will be diagnosed.

Survival rates

Breast cancer survival is improving and has doubled in the last forty years in the UK.

Almost nine in 10 women survive breast cancer for five years or more.

Every year around 11,400 people die from breast cancer in the UK.

An estimated 691,000 are alive in the UK after a diagnosis of breast cancer. This is predicted to rise to 840,000 in 2020. For many the overwhelming emotional and physical effects of the disease can be long-lasting.

Breasts and men

Breast cancer in men is very rare with just 390 new cases in the UK each year, compared to nearly 55,000 new cases in women.

More than half (55%) of male breast cancer deaths in the UK are in men aged 75 and over.

A Breast Cancer Care survey found nearly three-quarters (73%) of men don’t check their breasts for signs and symptoms of breast cancer, even though the same number (73%) know that men can get the disease.

Signs and symptoms can be:

  • a change in size or shape
  • a lump or area that feels thicker than the rest of the breast
  • a change in skin texture such as puckering or dimpling (like the skin of an orange)
  • redness or rash on the skin and/or around the nipple
  • your nipple has become inverted (pulled in) or looks different (for example changed its position or shape)
  • liquid that comes from the nipple without squeezing
  • pain in your breast or your armpit that’s there all or almost all of the time
  • a swelling in your armpit or around your collarbone

Many symptoms of breast cancer, such as breast pain or a lump, may in fact be caused by normal breast changes or a benign (not cancer) breast condition. However, if you notice a change, it’s important to see your GP (local doctor) as soon as you can.

How to check

Everyone’s breasts look and feel different. Some people have lumpy breasts, or one breast larger than the other, or breasts that are different shapes. When you check your breasts, try to be aware of any changes that are different for you.

Look at and feel your breasts so you know what’s normal for you

Try to get used to looking at and feeling your breasts regularly – for instance, when you are in the bath or shower, using body lotion or getting dressed. You don’t need to feel your breasts in any special way.

Remember to check all parts of your breasts, your armpits and up to your collarbone.

Not every lump is dangerous

Most breast changes will not be cancer. However, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK so it is important that you find out what’s causing the change.

If your GP is male and you don’t feel comfortable going to see him, you can ask if there’s a female doctor available. You can also ask for a female nurse or member of staff to be present during your examination, or you can take a friend or relative with you.

When your GP examines your breasts they may feel that there is no need for further investigation, they may ask to see you again after a short  time or they may refer you to a breast clinic. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have breast cancer, just that further tests are needed to find out what is going on.

What is my point?

All I am asking is for you to check yourself regularly, go to your gp if you’re concerned, and go if you find any changes. If you are in a relationship, why don’t you get your partner to check? If they dont find anything then who knows what you’ll end up doing, do not be afraid to ask.

Don’t forget your boobs do change during periods, pregnancy ect, so just keep that in mind, I don’t want you thinking you’ve got cancer because your boob decided to release a little bit of milk.

Do take this seriously, as I said, every 10 minutes someone is diagnosed with this. This is not a joke, this is your own knowledge.

Thank you for reading this post. Please do share this around and help make more people aware of not only breast cancer itself but how to check your boobs.

Don’t forget to donate to charities that are fighting to cure cancer, every little helps.

Thats all for me, thank you for your time.
